THE SPIRITUAL EXERCISES IN DAILY LIFE
The full Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola are a creative and flexible programme of prayer and reflection centred on the life of Christ. Ignatius thought it would ordinarily last about 30 days if people did nothing else (see residential retreats). However, Ignatius suggested that the Exercises could also be made in daily life. At the Centre the format most often used is that of the retreatant meeting with their guide for about an hour once a week, and committing themselves to regular prayer in between meetings. The whole experience lasts between 7 and 12 months.
For those starting in the Autumn there will be an initial meeting on Monday October 6th at 7pm.
However, it may well be possible to begin the retreat at other times.

Please contact us for application forms and further details.
Suggested Donation £410, concessions £275
